Overview SynShield® Flex Performance Hybrid Full Synthetic 0W-20 is made for hybrid vehicles, which experience unique engine stress from start-and-stop driving conditions. It protects engines against high-speed cold-start wear, moisture build-up and high thermal loads. Engineered with the finest quality synthetic base oils, an advanced performance additive package and a viscosity index improver, this blend creates a premium, longer-lasting oil. Its proprietary friction modifiers Micron Moly® and Penetro® plate to metal surfaces, creating a slippery, tenacious shield that prevents metal-to-metal contact — reducing friction and wear, increasing engine efficiency, extending engine life and improving fuel economy.
