The DS5-130 Long Life Knife Holder combines a 130 mm knife platform with a minimum slit width of 55 mm (2.165″) and patented Constant Side Load Technology to maintain optimal side cutting force for improved slit quality and extended knife life. Featuring automatic knife diameter detection, LED depth adjustment, tool-free knife changes, and a backlash-free double-axis guide system, it delivers reliable, repeatable performance in film, plastics, and nonwoven converting applications up to 1,372 m/min (4,500 ft/min). The P3132-0002 offers a single airline configuration and the P3132-0001 offers a dual airline configuration.
