Domaine Naturaliste Floris Chardonnay 2025 is a bright, early-drinking Margaret River white built around citrus and crisp acidity. The maritime climate of Margaret River suits Chardonnay as well as anywhere in the country, and this is the more approachable of the two the estate bottles, sitting beneath its flagship. Fruit character leads, with barrel work kept to a supporting role for texture rather than flavour. Its winemaker spent time in California before returning west. Grapefruit and white peach show through with a soft creamy edge and a clean finish. Chill to 9–11°C and pour it with grilled snapper, roast chicken or a bowl of prawns; there is no reason to hold it back. *Every effort is made to ensure the current vintage is accurate; however, variations can occur.
