Expand Into Summer - Knepp Estate 1 Day Retreat - May 2027

Join me for a nourishing day retreat at Knepp, the wild heart of the Sussex countryside, as we move from the energy of spring into summer. This immersive day is designed to help you slow down, reset your energy, and feel well as the season begins to open outward. Through seasonal group acupuncture, meditative Qi Gong, and simple Chinese medicine self-care practices, you’ll be gently supported to feel steadier, clearer, and more like yourself again. Set on the Knepp Estate, famous for its pioneering rewilding project, this is a rare chance to spend a full day resting and restoring in a landscape that has been allowed to return to nature. In May the estate is at its most alive, full of birdsong, blossom and fresh green growth. It’s the kind of place that helps your whole system begin to soften the moment you arrive. The day includes a delicious seasonal two-course vegetarian lunch, along with tea and snacks.
