Afrodisias Marble Dining Table

Afrodisias is a dining table with a racetrack marble top, its ends cut as full semicircles, resting on two fluted wood pedestals. It takes its name from Aphrodisias, the ancient city known for its marble sculpture. The top in the photos was selected for the client we built this table for: a grey ground, charcoal clouding and fine white veins running through it. Your table will not have the same marble, and it cannot. Every slab of natural stone is a fingerprint; that vein forms only once.
