Asado Double Chapa

The Asado Double Chapa gives you twice the flat-plate cooking area of the Single Chapa, in one solid piece. Smash burgers, fish, vegetables, pancakes, or a Full English for everyone at once. No swapping halfway through a cook. Like the Single Chapa it works as part of our modular cooking system, swapping straight out for two sections of V-grills and sitting on the Asado Grill frame for full heat control. The front edge is folded down so it locates on the frame and stays where you put it, with no shifting when you're leaning into a smash. It's the accessory customers have asked us for most. Twice the plate, and thicker with it, so the surface holds its heat when a full load of cold meat hits it. Built from 4mm 304 stainless steel.
