Handcrafted by Takeshi Honda in Mashiko, the Shirayuki Yunomi Tea Cup takes its name from the Japanese words for “white snow.” The soft, milky-white kohiki glaze gently covers the surface like fresh snow, while the exposed reddish-brown Mashiko clay at the base creates a beautiful, earthy contrast. Subtle throwing lines and the glaze's natural flow give each cup its own quiet character. The softly glazed interior beautifully complements both the fresh green of sencha and the warm amber tones of hojicha.
