ROUSSANNE 2025 Naramata Bench Sub GI Wine Club Release with Pack September 1 TASTING NOTES Medium/full-bodied, this Naramata Bench Roussanne opens with notes of honeysuckle, floral blossom, and herbal chamomile. Ripe pear dominates the palate, supported by light touches of vanilla and caramel that add depth to the finish. Built with enough structure and a bit of spice to hold up to fall and winter dining, it easily bridges richer seasonal pairings with that undercurrent of Naramata Bench acidity and signature Terravista texture. WINEMAKER'S NOTES: Hand-picked at Popi's Vineyard on the Naramata Bench, and then gently whole-cluster pressed. Fermented 62 % in French oak (50% new puncheons), 38 % in concrete egg, then aged in 100% French Oak.
