Bemi Soup: Chilled Strawberry and Cream Dessert Soup

Introducing our first dessert soup! Our son came up with the idea, and we named it after both of our children. This sweet soup blends strawberries with cream and sour cream, with hints of rose, mint, and balsamic vinegar for balance. It will arrive frozen, we recommend thawing overnight in the refrigerator and serving it chilled. Ingredients: Strawberries, cream, milk, sour cream, sugar, rose water, mint, balsamic vinegar.
