Gretsch USA Custom 4160 5 × 14" Chrome Over Brass Snare Drum – Used A modern Gretsch classic in excellent used condition. This 5 × 14" 4160 combines a chrome-over-brass shell with die-cast hoops for a full-bodied sound, crisp attack and an authoritative rimshot. Sensitive enough for lighter playing, with plenty of punch for a solid backbeat. Features include eight classic Gretsch lugs, a Lightning throw-off, 42-strand snare wires and the handy shell-mounted tuning key. Fitted with Gretsch Permatone heads, including a coated centre-dot batter. The chrome finish presents beautifully, with only light signs of handling and use. A clean second-hand example of one of Gretsch’s best-known snare drums.
