SUPERSEAL – High-Performance Stain Blocking Primer & Sealer SUPERSEAL is a custom-engineered, high-solids, high-hide waterborne latex primer and sealer designed to tackle some of the most challenging surfaces and staining conditions. Formulated especially for high-tannin woods such as Knotty Pine, Cedar, and Redwood, SUPERSEAL provides excellent adhesion while helping prevent tannin bleed and other difficult stains from migrating through the finish coat. SUPERSEAL is also an excellent choice for restoration and renovation projects where surfaces have been affected by water, fire, smoke, ink, or marker stains. Its high-build formulation provides strong hiding power, while two coats can provide excellent moisture resistance and help block persistent stains and smoke odors. A built-in fungicide/algaecide helps protect the coating film against mold, mildew, and algae growth for up to five years under appropriate conditions.
