The ALS-ARDS-5203-AB is a 20-foot round straight aluminum light pole built with an anchor base (AB) for bolt-down installation to a concrete foundation. Its round profile gives it a clean, streamlined appearance for architectural and site-lighting projects, while the aluminum construction provides corrosion resistance and lighter handling weight than comparable steel poles. With a 5" diameter shaft and heavier construction than lighter-duty 20' round aluminum poles, this model is a stronger option for walkways, entrances, pedestrian areas, and general site-lighting applications where larger fixtures, brackets, or higher wind loading require more pole capacity. The anchor-base design allows the pole to be installed on a concrete foundation and serviced later without excavation. For wind-load planning, this model is rated at 2.5 EPA @ 120 mph and uses a 7.75" bolt circle. That added EPA capacity makes it a practical choice for projects using larger luminaires or accessories at moderate mounting heights, provided the total projected area stays within the rating and the foundation is designed for the site.
