Its main farm is located in Tero Kebelle, within Odo Shakiso, in a mountainous environment with red and fertile soils. The company also works with small local producers, paying premiums for carefully selected ripe cherries. During processing, each lot is kept separate, identified and traceable. The selected cherries are slowly dried on specific beds, also using shade-drying techniques to control the process. About Dimtu In addition to its own production, Dimtu develops programs with small farmers and has certified organic coffee processing facilities in Dukem, near Addis Ababa. 100% Ethiopian Arabica coffee • Freshly roasted in Seville • Available in whole bean or ground • Different formats available
