Cancer Care & Aromatherapy CPD

CPD – 6 points (IFPA) / 5 points (FHT) Supporting clients living with, undergoing treatment for, or recovering from cancer requires sensitivity, professionalism and confidence. As aromatherapists, our role is not to treat cancer itself, but to support the individual through many of the physical, emotional and psychological challenges that may accompany diagnosis, treatment and recovery. This specialist CPD course provides practical guidance on the safe use of aromatherapy within cancer care. You will explore how carefully selected essential oils, gentle massage techniques and personalised aromatherapy approaches can help improve comfort, relaxation and overall wellbeing. Prerequisite: An aromatherapy qualification to PPA standards
