Cisco برای مدل‌های C8300-2N2S-4T2X و C8300-2N2S-6T نصب Rack Mount را مشخص کرده و اعلام می‌کند این مدل‌های 2RU برای نصب رومیزی یا دیواری طراحی نشده‌اند.
