Catio Alleyway Enclosure (3-Sided Lean-to) Slim Outdoor House 3.7m x 1m (12 x 3ft)

Maximize your property's potential with the Catio Alleyway Enclosure - Slim Outdoor House 3.7m x 1m (12 x 3ft). Purpose-built for the narrow side returns and dead-space alleyways so common in UK homes, this ultra-slim, space-saving catio is the ultimate smart solution for safe outdoor access. Crafted with fox-proof 16G mesh and weather-resistant pressure-treated timber, it transforms tight, unused gaps into a secure, enriching feline playground without eating into your main garden space. Dimensions & Technical Specifications Depth: 100 cm (2 sides) Width: 370 cm (1 side) Height (With Mesh Roof): 250 cm Materials: 2" x 2" pressure-treated timber, 16G galvanised wire mesh. Custom Mesh Options: Choose the perfect wire gauge for your setup: 1" x 1", 1/2" x 1/2", 1/2" x 1", or 2" x 2". Add an Enrichment Pack: Small Shelves Pack (The Essentials): Perfect for basic climbing and perching. Includes 5 standard shelves. Medium Shelves Pack (The Explorer): Ideal for active cats who love to navigate. Includes 9 standard shelves, 1 ladder. Large Shelves Pack (The Ultimate Playground): A complete kitty adventure zone. Includes 12 standard shelves, 2 ladders, 2 space-saving corner shelves. Maine Coon Pack (For Large Breeds): Heavy-duty support built specifically for larger or heavier cats. Includes 12 extra-wide platform shelves, 2 ladders. Roofing & Weather Protection: Please note that the included roof is constructed from heavy-duty wire mesh. This provides maximum security and airflow, but leaves the enclosure completely open to the weather. If you want your cats to use the catio during rain or snow, we highly recommend upgrading to a clear corrugated plastic roof to keep the interior dry while still letting the sunlight in. Your catio will arrive flat-packed for easy home assembly. Professional assembly is available at an additional cost—please contact support@arborgardensolutions.co.uk with a photo of your installation area to confirm site access and restrictions prior to booking. Please note: For 3-sided catios, our team will build the enclosure but will not drill into or secure the structure to your home's exterior wall. Customers must secure the catio to their property separately using their own suitable wall fixings.
