1-Day Winter Snowman Hand-Building!

No experience necessary – all skill levels welcome! Create a festive holiday keepsake in this joyful, hands-on pottery class! In this workshop, you’ll learn how to build a festive winter snowman from clay using approachable hand-building techniques. We’ll begin by forming and hollowing balls of clay to create the snowman's core structure. From there, you’ll add character and dimension by attaching chunks of clay to shape features like the hat, nose, and scarf. You’ll also learn how to add delightful details to give your snowman plenty of personality. Once your sculpting is complete, you’ll finish your piece with underglaze painting, adding color and flair before it heads to the kiln for its final firing. All materials and tools are provided. No pottery experience needed—just bring your creativity and wear something you don’t mind getting a little messy!
