Kaffir Lime & Cashew Thai Crisps

Thai food doesn’t shy away from flavour or spice. But what if the lack of crunch has always been a concern to you? We created Thai crisps for this crunchy, glorious purpose only. It's a little rendezvous with Thailand. The fragrant and citrusy kaffir lime brings the beaches of Krabi to the forefront. No complaints. The softly nutty and creamy coconut flakes help reaffirm the geography. And if the crunch never left your thoughts in the first place, the hand-crushed cashews take a resolute lead on this, while adding to the coconut flakes. Now, is it so terrible to hoard this jar from your loved ones? Maybe. Is it worth it? Absolutely.
