Wind Moon Socks Kit by Lisa Lloyd

Lisa Lloyd did a whole year of Moon-inspired Exmoor Sock patterns last year, and it was really hard to pick a favourite to feature for our Socktober 2026 kits! The Wind Moon Socks are a delightful combination of cables and ribbing - I think they'd be really fun to knit and super cosy to wear. They are a cuff down design and feature a windblown cable and ribbing motif down the front and back of the leg and front of the foot. The classic heel flap and gusset construction ensures a good heel fit! Lisa knit her sample in our Exmoor Sock colour way Mackerel-Sky. We’ve put together a kit for it in the sample colourway and a few more that we think would look great!
