Organic Assam Black Tea (OP1 Grade)

Organic Assam Black Tea (OP1 Grade) is grown in Assam, India and made with long, carefully rolled whole leaves. Compared with broken-leaf teas, OP1 infuses more gradually, producing a rich amber liquor with deep malty character, gentle natural sweetness and a smooth, rounded body. Full-flavoured without becoming overly heavy, this classic black tea is particularly well suited to mornings and breakfast. Enjoy it straight to appreciate its malty depth, or add milk for a softer, creamier character. Its strength and richness also make it an excellent base for a traditional breakfast-style tea. Naturally caffeinated, Assam OP1 delivers satisfying strength with a smooth, lingering finish. Steep for 3–5 minutes, adjusting the brewing time to create a lighter, more balanced infusion or a deeper, richer and more robust result.
