TIEMCO Harinezumi Baby Critter Bait- 2 Pk

The TIEMCO Harinezumi Baby gives your bass lineup a different look: an elongated creature-bait body surrounded by finger-like appendages, with a long tail and a compact 70mm profile. When you want to move beyond a straight worm or a conventional craw, this hedgehog-style bait offers a distinctive silhouette without stepping up to a large presentation. At 6g per bait, the Baby is a useful starting point for experimenting with a lightly weighted offset-hook setup. Work it deliberately around a promising target rather than treating it as a fast search bait. Make a short cast beside a dock or along a weed edge, let the rig settle, and alternate small movements with pauses. A Different Profile for Familiar Water Repeatedly showing fish the same shape limits your presentation options. The Harinezumi Baby adds a many-legged profile to your rotation while keeping the overall package small. Choose it when you want to slow down and fish individual targets for largemouth or smallmouth bass. It is a more deliberate option than a moving bait for covering water, and heavier wind, current or dense cover may call for additional weight or a different rig. Where to Start Best for: finesse-minded bass fishing, lightly weighted Texas rigs, dock edges, sparse vegetation and methodical target fishing. Start in calm or lightly breezy conditions where you can watch the line and control the rig. Adjust weight to depth, wind and cover rather than using the same setup everywhere. Begin with a size #1 to 1/0 offset hook. Rig the body straight, leave enough hook gap for the bait to move clear, and check the rig beside the boat or bank before making a full cast. Try short lifts followed by a pause, then change the pause length before changing baits. Small Details, Distinctive Shape Hedgehog-style creature profile with multiple finger-like appendages. Dark Mimizu #16 offers a brown-purple look, while Yummy Tenaga #25 and Loco Beetle #26 provide lighter, flecked appendages around a darker body. Let water clarity, available light and the fish's response guide your next change. Tackle Express Tips Check the hook gap: hook shapes vary even at the same marked size. Make sure the body does not crowd the gap before fishing. Change the pace first: alternate a few short movements with a longer pause to find a useful cadence. Store separately: keep the baits in their original packaging, away from heat and other soft-bait materials. Round Out Your Rig For a size #1 offset option within the recommended range, consider Gamakatsu Offset Shank Worm Hooks 074, checking the gap against the bait before use. Pair your subsurface setup with Seaguar Tatsu Fluorocarbon Line, choosing line strength to suit the cover and your tackle. Harinezumi Baby Questions, Answered How big is the Harinezumi Baby?
