Jiban means inner in Portuguese, it is also the etymology of Juban. ・The plain stitch cotton used for this shirt is produced by yarns of two different twisting direction, resulting an elimination of yarn twist to keep it in its original shape. ・Hand-printed with Kyoto Stencil Yuzen Dyeing. ・It does not stretch around the collar. ※Pattern placement will vary from piece to piece due to the manufacturing process. Customers can not specify the print. 。※Since it is a Kyoto Stencil Yuzen (Hand-printed) product, there may be some deviation in shape, but it is a feature of dyeing. ※Due to the nature of dyeing process, uneven dyeing and color fading may occur. ※Products with the same color name may vary slightly in color due to different materials. During the finishing process, the garment was ironed which produced a sheen around the seams of the collar and that between the body and the sleeves (the fibres are flattened and reflect light better). The sheen will disappear after washing.
