1 Day Foundational Theory Barista Course Course covering the an introduction into being a barista The goal is to create a base of understanding around coffee theory This course is our introduction and heavily theory based providing the theory foundation needed to complete further barista courses and start understanding coffee. The outline of the course : Basic Coffee Background & History Basic info on different coffee origins, their profiles, different varietals, processing methods All the coffee equipment What is espresso? Espresso Theory Milk Theory There is a break during the course.
