Elderberry Creamed Honey

These rich creamed honeys are available in three delicious flavors - Lemon, Elderberry, and Saigon Cinnamon. They are made in the European style, which gives them a creamier texture with more uniform crystals. A note from the beekeeper: "With respect to my honey, I am very proud of the product I produce. It is hand harvested, never heated and I have never used any of the commercially available harmful treatments in my hives that most other apiaries of my size and larger use, thus eliminating any potential of contamination of my honey. Lastly, I have never placed my hives in commercial orchards or other locations where they can potentially be exposed to toxic pesticides and/or herbicides which could leave harmful residues in my honey and wax. As a result of these actions, I am able to produce a truly premium product that can cost a little more than some of the cheaper honeys available."
