Convoy: Charcoal Waxed Canvas

The Master Supply Co. Convoy – Charcoal takes our signature trucker silhouette and reimagines it in heavyweight 580–600 GSM cotton canvas—approximately 17.5 oz.—treated with a proprietary light dry-wax finish. The treatment adds weather resistance while preserving a clean, dry hand, allowing the charcoal canvas to develop creases, tonal variation and a distinctive patina through wear. The Convoy features a refined trucker silhouette with subtle Western influences throughout. Two Western-inspired chest pockets feature pointed flaps and tone-on-tone embroidery, while the widened upper-chest seam creates a natural collar flare when worn open. Two angled lower hand pockets provide additional everyday storage without disrupting the jacket’s clean profile. The rear is finished with a Western-scalloped yoke and a clean three-panel construction that prioritizes structure and simplicity. Adjustable side tabs allow the waist to be tailored to preference while retaining the traditional proportions of the trucker silhouette. The body is lined in black 100% cotton twill, while the sleeves use a smooth polyester twill lining for easier layering and unrestricted movement. Two additional interior pockets—one zippered and one open—provide secure and readily accessible storage. Custom solid-zinc, double-prong donut buttons complete the front closure and chest pockets. Care & Maintenance: Do not machine wash, hand wash, soak, or dry clean. Cotton canvas may experience dimensional shrinkage when saturated with water. For routine care, allow dirt or mud to dry and gently brush clean with a soft brush. Spot clean only when necessary using a lightly damp cloth. Always air dry naturally and keep away from direct heat. As the wax finish naturally wears with use, the jacket can be re-waxed as needed to help maintain its appearance and water resistance. Each jacket is designed in Toronto and built in our own dedicated workshop in Pakistan. We oversee every step — from pattern drafting to leather selection to final inspection. Every jacket is individually photographed, measured, and quality-checked before leaving the shop. We produce in small batches using quality material, custom hardware, and offer complimentary custom sizing on all builds.
