Beautifully deep, dense colour. Rich aromas of black currants, roast vanilla and cocoa bean, but the expression of fruit remains fresh and vibrant. The palate is compact, with good concentration of tannins and again, holds itself together with freshness and vibrancy. Will pair well with meat dishes and hearty winter stews.
