This is an extra virgin olive oil from the Abruzzes region, produced by the third generation of the Matalucci family. It is made from freshly harvested olives pressed cold with fresh garlic, suitable for bread, salads, and other dishes.

• The garlic used is fresh but not certified organic.
• It contains 90% olive oil and 10% garlic.
