Larger tam in double-stranded worsted weight acrylic, soft, sturdy and carefree. Large color palette to choose from, see picture #5, this hat is made to order. (approx. 3 days from order to mailing day) Shown in Heather Gray, a medium gray shade heathered. Vibrant emerald green is also available (not on the picture yet) I crochet in a beret style with a wide slouch and a ribbed stitch pattern for support and stretch. No stiff cardboard inlay in the thick visor. The crown is roomy enough to tuck in big hair or dreads. I sell this design in smaller versions as well, this one is over-sized. Let it sag in the back or tuck in your hair. This hat should be large enough for (medium+) dreadlocks, but please check measurements. Measurements: Approx. width at brim 21", stretches to 26", comes with tie-string Length from crown to rim (WITHOUT FRONT VISOR) 9-10" Diameter of crown across 12-13" I suggest hand washing and flat drying, but machine washing & tumble drying is possible. No cardboard insert in the visor.
