Palm Harbor TCG Trade Day – Vendor Tables TCG Trade Day returns to Palm Harbor for another community-focused day of trading cards, collectors, families and the TCG hobby! Join us at Cabaret Dance Club for a full Sunday of buying, selling, trading and discovering your favorite collectible trading cards. 📍 EVENT DETAILS Cabaret Dance Club 35235 US Highway 19 Palm Harbor, FL 34684 📅 Sunday, September 20, 2026 ⏰ 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM 🎟️ Free Admission 🎟️ VENDOR TABLE OPTIONS All vendor tables are 6 ft tables. Section A – $150 per table Premium end-cap locations. Section B – $125 per table Interior vendor locations. Section C – $100 per table Standard perimeter vendor locations. Section D – $200 Includes TWO 6 ft vendor tables. Please review the vendor floor plan carefully before purchasing. Vendors select their preferred table location at checkout. While we will make every effort to maintain selected locations, placements are subject to change if necessary for event operations. ⏰ VENDOR SETUP Vendor load-in and setup begins at 8:00 AM. All vendors should be completely set up and ready for guests prior to doors opening at 10:00 AM. 📋 VENDOR POLICIES All vendor tables are 6 ft tables. Section D purchases include two tables. Tablecloths are required on all vendor tables. Vendor tables are non-transferable and may not be resold or transferred to another vendor. Any co-vendors or businesses sharing a table must be approved in advance. Vendors are responsible for their own merchandise, displays, equipment and valuables. Vendors select their preferred location during checkout; locations are subject to change if required for event operations. Final load-in, parking and event instructions will be emailed to registered vendors prior to the event. ⚠️ PLEASE NOTE Purchasing a vendor table constitutes your commitment to participate in the event. Vendor table purchases are non-refundable. Please confirm the event, date, section and selected table location before completing checkout.
