Founded in 1826, the distillery has become synonymous with coastal Highland whisky, producing spirits influenced by the North Sea environment surrounding Scotland's northern coastline. Matured for a quarter century in carefully selected oak casks, this expression balances maritime character with rich fruit and oak complexity. On the nose, it presents honey, dried apricot, citrus peel, vanilla, and sea breeze. The palate is layered with caramel, orchard fruits, oak spice, roasted nuts, and subtle salinity. The finish is long and elegant with lingering sweetness, spice, and coastal notes.
