- omni roast profile - Chelchele washing station 74112, 74110 - Washed Ethiopia First time introducing a washed coffee from Chelchele washing station, which has been our long time favorite producer for their natural process coffees. This coffee is basically a classic Yirgacheffe but more bold, sweet and juicy than typical Yirgafcheffe coffees. In the cup we found juicy peach nectar followed by bold and sweet honeysuckle florals, and a unique bright finish of lemon.
