Nelson Sauvin - Oast House Hops Farm - T90 pellets 2026

For the first time we are offering New Zealand Hops from selected NZ Hops farms - with this variety we have hops from two different farms. Like grapes, the soil and climate make a big difference to the aroma and flavour of the hops grown - even if they are same variety. This Nelson Sauvin is from Oast House Hops. During our hops sensory session participants reported these aromas: White Grape, Overipe Cantaloupe, Dank, Tropical. Would be great in a Hazy Pale, West Coast IPA or NEIPA. Through hop sensory sessions, we selected hops from farms that we felt our customers would love. For this variety we've selected hops from 2 different farms. Both hops are a specific variety, both are fantastic but subtley different and would perhaps suit different styles of beer.
