Colombian Huila

This washed arabica comes from Coagrobrisas, a cooperative in the Huila region of southern Colombia that is dedicated to producing exceptional coffee while supporting the social and economic development of its members. This particular coffee is sourced through the cooperative's women producers programme, which empowers female coffee growers by providing training, agronomic support and access to better prices for their harvests. Premium payments are made directly to the women producers, helping to promote financial independence and strengthen their role within the coffee-growing community. Grown at altitudes of 1,520–1,650 metres and traditionally washed before being sun dried, this coffee develops a beautifully balanced character with a creamy body, bright acidity and notes of caramel, dark chocolate and roasted nuts. We city roast (medium) this coffee to highlight its natural sweetness while preserving its smooth, satisfying finish.
