Colombia: Wilder Lazo Pink Bourbon

Wilder Lazo's (Lasso) gorgeous coffee is back! This pink bourbon uses a process called "lemongrass washed". We’ve featured Lazo’s lemongrass washed geisha from his farm La Dinastía earlier this year. The fermentation tank this coffee is processed in was also used for a lemongrass co-ferment. After removing and draining the co-ferment, this coffee undergoes fermentation in the same tank. It gains a more floral quality from this "essence of lemongrass". The fragrance of honeysuckle carries through to the first sip, and eventually mellows into the herbal lemongrass citrus note. The trademark tropical fruit blast of pink bourbon shows itself with a sugary sweet guava candy finish. We have a very limited quantity of this coffee, so don't miss out!
