EVENT: Star Wars Unlimited: Store Showdown - Ashes of the Empire Septmebr 25th, 2026 12pm

Event starts at 12:00PM (Store opens at 11:00AM) The event format will be a Casual Level of Swiss Rounds best of 1. The number of rounds will be determined by the number of participants. Rounds will be 25 minutes each. There will be a 5 minute break between each round. Top 8 cut - Best of 1, 25 minute rounds Prizing: promo cards for participation and placement gift card prizing based on attendance Refund Policy · No Refunds will be available within 48 hours of the date of the event. · If Prior to 48 Hours of the event date o Contact the specific location the event is being held to let them know the intention to withdraw from the event. o Send an email to events@gongaii.com with your name and order number stating the intent to withdraw from the event and request a refund. o Your Refund will not be processed until an email has been received. · If Post 48 hours of the event date o Contact the specific location the event is being held to let them know the intention to withdraw from the event. o Send an email to events@gongaii.com with your name and order number stating the intent to withdraw from the event and request a refund. o No spots on the Wishlist will be notified of any openings until the email notification to withdraw has been received. · The Wishlist o Gongaii Games does not have a Waitlist for events. o Add the event to your Wishlist via gongaii.com. o Once a spot has been made available, notifications will go out to all on the Wishlist and it will be first come at that point. · Walk-Ins o Folks are welcome to arrive day of the event and wait to see if there are any no shows.
