You can adjust the absorbency to suit your needs: For light daytime use — one microfiber insert For heavy daytime use or older children — bamboo insert + microfiber insert together For overnight use — add an extra bamboo or hemp booster (available separately) For bowel movements, use the convenient disposable bamboo liners (available separately): remove and dispose of them after changing to keep the diaper clean and make washing easier. Use & care tips 🧺 Washing: wash the diaper and inserts separately for more effective cleaning. Fasten the Velcro inward before putting them in the washing machine. ❌ Do not tumble dry — this damages the elastic and the waterproof polyurethane layer. ❌ Do not use fabric softener — it reduces the inserts' absorbency over time. 🌦️ Drying: air-dry, preferably in the sun. Sunlight naturally sanitizes the fabric. 💧 Breaking in: rinse the bamboo inserts 2–3 times before first use. They reach maximum absorbency after approximately 10 washes.
