Dabinett Cider

This single varietal Dabinett cider was finished for 6 months in Bordeaux barrels from Château Lafite. Bringing a smooth and rich wine like character with notes of nectarine, vanilla and fruit leather. And a subtle touch of oak. Part of our new Traditional Series which will focus on varietal expressions of traditional cider apples. Apples: Dabinett Orchards: Wrightland Farm Specifications: Dry 750mL, 7.9% ABV Fermentation Details: Harvested in 2025. Apples were harvested and pressed as a single varietal. Fermented in stainless steel. Aged in french oak red wine barrels from Chateau Lafite. Unfiltered. Bottle conditioned. Vegan safe, no animal products used. No additives but minimal effective sulphites.
