For this limited edition, 100% estate-grown blue Weber agaves are cooked in traditional brick ovens, crushed via a mechanical tahona, and fermented in wooden vats ("madera"). Distilled with a blend of natural spring water and harvested rainwater, this expression is aged in oak barrels to develop a remarkably rich, well-rounded profile.
