Antique Wooden & Glazed Fronted Tabletop Microscope Slide Collectors Cabinet Box Late 19th Century c.1890 A tabletop microscope slide cabinet which would have been used for storing and displaying a microscope slide collections. Made from solid wood and featuring a glazed front door, this makes a wonderful addition to any collection, study or display. The cabinet opens to reveal a series of internal drawers or compartments designed to house microscope slides securely and systematically. The drawers are all numbered 1-28 on and have brass pull knob handles and bone label plates. The cabinet is a great size to sit countertop on a sideboard, desk or as part of a collection of antique items. Wonderful for storing microscope collections or other small treasures and collections.
