The DCE Parts Equal-Length Headers have been developed to transform the sound and response of the turbocharged Porsche 911 992 at its source. The factory header layout uses exhaust manifolds that exits into one collector. As a result, the exhaust pulses from each cylinder reach the turbocharger at uneven intervals. Most aftermarket headers retain a unequal-length layout and focus primarily on flow. Our equal-length design takes a different approach. By carefully matching the runner lengths, the individual exhaust pulses arrive in a more consistent sequence. This creates a cleaner, smoother and more harmonically balanced flat-six exhaust note—while supporting efficient exhaust flow and turbocharger response. The result is not simply a louder 992.
