Luna Argenta Negroamaro/Primitivo (Light Appassimento)

A blend made up of Negroamaro and Primitivo sourced from vineyards in Puglia. The 'light Apassimento' sees just a partial natural drying of the grapes which while adding complexity and depth, still preserves the primary fruit notes and characteristics Red berry fruits combine with a hint of spice and vanilla, silky soft tannins fill the mouth to a smooth, fruit laden finish. Ideal with robust pasta dishes, lamb and BBQ meats.
