AI Assisted Design Artwork Conversion Fee

Conversion fee for converting your AI assisted design into a printable production file. When we've received your payment we will begin work on your Custom Art Layout Conversion. Please forward your AI assisted design file and instructions/color preferences to: mail@pandanausa.com and we will begin work on your art layout within 2-3 days. Please read the disclaimer below before you process your payment AI Assisted Artwork Conversion Disclaimer: THE PRINTABLE ARTWORK FILES MAY NOT BE AN EXACT MATCH to your original AI assisted design. AI assisted art is usually low resolution and can include designs/colors/effects that are not printable by sublimation. We will re-create your design as close as possible. This means that some details and design elements may not match your AI assisted art file exactly. NOT ALL DESIGNS CAN BE CONVERTED. Some applications claim to be able to output a vector file from AI generated images. We have yet to see one of these conversions that yields true print ready artwork. We will review your art files and give you a FREE ARTWORK EVALUATION before we ask for any kind of payment. WE PROVIDE A MAXIMUM OF THREE ART REVISIONS. This means that you, as our valued client, must have a CLEAR IDEA of your final art layout concept before submitting it for conversion. The AI artwork conversion is NOT PART OF THE DESIGN PROCESS. We will do everything we can to come as close as possible to your original submitted design. And we will happily make revisions (as possible) to match your original artwork submission. Substantive changes to the design concept, design elements, etc., may require an additional conversion process and fee. ARTWORK FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. We will do everything we can to generate a printable art file that is as close as possible to your original AI assisted artwork. But we can't guarantee that the converted files will be identical to your original AI renderings. WE WILL EVALUATE YOUR ARTWORK BEFORE WE ASK FOR ANY KIND OF PAYMENT. AI can (and frequently does) hallucinate specifications, colors, images, etc. So some designs are not convertible as rendered by AI.
