Epiphone Swingster | Wine Red | 2010

The Epiphone Swingster is a light, lively and surprisingly versatile hollow body guitar. This beautiful wine red example is constructed of 5 ply maple and features some very attractive flamed maple on the back and sides. This instrument a Bigsby vibrato arm and Epiphone’s Swingster hum bucking pickups. What is surprising is that this instrument comes with coil splitting straight from the factory, enabling you to go from mellow, warm jazz tones to clear spanking single coil at the pull of a tone pot. This guitars fully hollow construction gives a nice woody tone, perfect for jazz and early rock and roll, country or rockabilly. Acoustically it is quite loud. The slim neck is very easy on the hands, with a nice straight profile and low, easy action. It has a medium scale length at 24 3/4” like a Les Paul or ES-175.
