The SomaErect STF is the most customisable vacuum therapy system we carry. Where most vacuum pumps come in a single cylinder size, this system includes three cylinder sizing options - a standard cylinder plus two smaller inserts - so the fit can be tailored to individual anatomy for both comfort and effectiveness. A full assortment of tension rings is also included, making it easier to find the right combination without having to order separately. This system can be used for penile rehabilitation after prostate surgery, for managing erectile dysfunction, or for maintaining penile health. The manual pump can be operated with one hand - or even one finger - giving precise control over pressure and pace throughout use. [[[How It Works]]] The vacuum cylinder is placed over the penis and the manual pump creates negative pressure, gently drawing blood into the penis to create an erection. The sizing adapters at the base of the cylinder help prevent scrotal tissue from being drawn in during use - an important comfort feature not found on simpler systems. Once an erection is achieved, a tension ring is slid to the base of the penis using the included loading cone, and the cylinder is removed. The ring maintains the erection for the duration of intimacy - as with all constriction rings, it should not be worn for longer than 30 minutes at a time.
