Taking the classic festive flavours of fig, plum, and candied citrus peel, we’ve crafted a sensational spirit made for the season. Rich, warming and full of Christmas character, it’s perfect for everything from a classic festive G&T to a cheeky dessert moment at the table. It can also be served in a more indulgent, slightly over-the-top way as a Christmas pudding pour-over. Warm the pudding so it’s soft and steaming, then drizzle over a generous measure of gin so it soaks in and becomes beautifully boozy and delicious. It brings out the fruit and spice, adds a citrusy lift, and turns a traditional pud into something a bit more fun. For a bit of theatre, you can also pour over a small amount over the top and carefully flambé at the table for a dramatic finish. (Note: this requires caution and a suitable high-strength spirit is typically used for reliable ignition.)
