Pyrox Combi is used to treat stomach and intestinal ulcers caused by Helicobacter pylori (H.pylori) bacteria. It works by combining an acid-reducer (Rabeprazole) with two antibiotics (Amoxicillin and Clarithromycin) to heal the stomach lining and eliminate the infection. It Contains Rabeprazole (20 mg), Amoxicillin (1 gm), and Clarithromycin (500 mg). Complete the full prescribed course (usually 7 days) to prevent antibiotic resistance and ulcer recurrence.
