Mini Tote with Army Bag: Custer No. 7

Constructed from a vintage military duffle bag once belonging to Elmer Custer, lined with waxed canvas (Honey), and finished with a Black YKK zipper with brass teeth. Walter and Silas found this in a local vintage shop who told them about Elmer being a local character. We were able to find him online, too. All of the people who used the materials we reuse were real humans, and it is wild to connect the objects with a face and a story. Some of the most magical things come into this world on a whim, and this is certainly true of our Mini Waxed Canvas Tote! Our impulse to refresh our beloved tote into a sturdy and whimsical mini version of itself has brought a new kind of lightness to our adventuring. Made with the same charming proportions and materials as our full-sized tote – including waxed canvas, vegetable tanned leather, and a detachable zipper. Pack light, throw it over your shoulder, and head out on an adventure!
