Follow these simple instructions to set your Iron Neck or Fitness Bundle up and get your workout started: Setup ⚪ㅤOpen door ⚪ㅤSlide the door anchor's D-ring between the door and frame ⚪ㅤClose door and make sure the knot is secured ⚪ㅤFirmly pull on the d ring to ensure a secure hold Note: Do not apply more than 50 lbs. of resistance to any single anchor clip at one time.
