A Paddleboard Wellness Experience Experience the magic of sunset from a whole new perspective. Join us as we paddle across the calm waters of Hempstead Harbor to a floating dock, where you'll be guided through a grounding meditation and immersed in the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls as the sun sets around us. Surrounded by the gentle sounds of nature and the beauty of the harbor, this unique experience is an invitation to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with yourself. No prior sound healing experience is necessary. Paddleboarding experience is recommended, but all levels are welcome.
