Antique Edwardian 18ct Platinum OEC diamond three stone trilogy ring 0.30ct.

A bright and sparkling antique three stone diamond ring dating from the Early 20th Century. It was made in England and the classic trilogy design is hand crafted platinum and 18ct yellow gold. It reminds me very much of my Grandmothers engagement ring, dainty and elegant. The setting and shoulders is all platinum. The diamonds are old European cut and are clean, bright and white with lots of fiery sparkle. They are set with double claws which is an early 20th century feature and always a sign of quality craftsmanship. Measured within the setting they are approx 0.16ct to the centre, 0.07ct to each side, assessed to be G/H colour with VS2- SI1 clarity. Total diamond weight of 0.30 carat. The band is plain polished 18ct yellow gold. A really beautiful heirloom ring!
